Upcoming employees
Who starts, leaves or changes roles this week, with tentative dates marked.
One connected platform that keeps HR, IT, managers, and every onboarding task moving toward day one.
Good morning, Maria. Here's what's happening.
Every team gets its part, and only its part
Each step has an owner, a deadline counted from the start date, and the steps it waits on. Onorbi moves the work forward and shows you exactly where it's waiting.
Name, job, office and start date in one form. Onorbi builds the checklist from your workflow, picks the job's hardware and software bundles, and tells each team what's theirs.
Onorbi works out who's starting, what's done, what's waiting and who owns it, so nobody has to chase status in email.
Who starts, leaves or changes roles this week, with tentative dates marked.
Every person's checklist shows how much is done, and who did each step.
What a person is still waiting on, and from whom, in plain words.
Late work rises to the top, and one click sends the person a reminder email.
Every task belongs to a team or a person, so you can see where work is piling up.
A clear status for everyone: not started, in progress, waiting on someone, or complete.
Each morning, everyone gets one short email: who starts tomorrow, what's overdue for them, and what nobody has taken.
Lay out every step by team, with due dates counted from the start day, dependencies and rules like "only for remote hires". Publish when it's ready; people already onboarding keep their checklist.
Progress, every team's checklist, and what's still waiting and on whom. Login details and the equipment hand-off live on the same page, so the manager knows what to expect on day one.
Define equipment kits and software bundles once and link them to jobs, so a new estimator gets the estimator setup. Bundles stay locked until someone chooses Edit.
HR and IT take work from a common list and assign it to each other, and every finished step records who did it and when. Managers see only their own people.
Teams that only touch onboarding now and then, like Accounting or Facilities, get a secure link for their step. One click confirms it's done, or tells HR why they can't.
Offboarding gets its own checklist with a time for access to turn off, and confidential departures stay hidden from the manager. Role changes show what changes and update the employee record when they're done.
Ideas we're exploring with early customers. None of these are in the product today, and we'll only ship them when they're genuinely useful.
Proposals for missing steps based on a job's setup, which you'd review before anything changes.
A heads-up when a start date looks too close to finish everything, before the week gets busy.
Creating accounts in tools like Microsoft 365 straight from the checklist, instead of by hand.
Onboarding touches personal details and passwords. Onorbi treats them that way.
Every record is locked to its company in the database itself and checked on every request, not just hidden in the app.
Temporary passwords are encrypted, shown once after a code check, and deleted as soon as nobody can open them.
Every emailed link is unique to one person and one item, expires, and can be turned off. Opening a link never completes a task by itself.
Admin, HR, IT and Manager roles. Managers see only their own hires; HR screening is visible only to HR.
Who finished each step, when, and how (in the app or by email link), on a record that can't be edited after the fact.
Data is stored in the United States with daily backups, and every connection is encrypted.
Use everything, with your whole team. We'll give plenty of notice before plans change.
Everything in Onorbi, as many people and hires as you need.
Get started freeNo. HR, IT, managers and admins sign in. Teams that only do a step now and then, like Accounting, Facilities or Safety, get a secure email link for each task and click when it's done.
You can be running the same day. Onorbi starts you with a sensible checklist for onboarding, offboarding and role changes; add your jobs, equipment and software, invite your team, and adjust the steps as you go.
Yes. When IT shares login details they can paste a share link from IT Glue, Hudu or a similar tool instead of typing the password into Onorbi. Onorbi checks the person with a code first, then hands them the link.
Steps can depend on how someone works, so remote hires get a "ship equipment" step and office staff get building access. Shipping is tracked with carrier and tracking number.
Not yet. Everything on this page except the roadmap section works in the product now. AI-assisted features are ideas we're exploring, and we'll say clearly when any of them ship.
We'll announce plans well ahead of time, and companies that join during early access will be looked after.
Set up your company in a couple of minutes and run your next hire on Onorbi.
